Welcome to the Palmetto Heroes Program 2026
SC Housing has announced the Palmetto Heroes program honoring educators, first-responders, veterans, active-duty military, community service personnel and other frontline workers. Qualified Palmetto Heroes homebuyers may receive a reduced fixed interest rate as low at 4.875% and up to $10,000 in Forgivable Down Payment Assistance (DPA). This is a first-come, first-served program while funds last. Borrowers must have an accepted sales contract on a home prior to reserving funds.

Who Can Apply?
Income limits for Greenville & Pickens $97,300 for 2-person households and $111,895 for 3+. Income limits Spartanburg & Anderson Income Limits are $90,500 for 2-person households and $104,075 for 3+. Home Price Limit is $450,000.
