THOMAS GRIFFIN is a longtime Greenville resident. He grew up in Greenville’s Eastside/Five Forks area and graduated from Eastside High School in Taylors. He attended Wofford College, then transferred to and graduated from Clemson University with a B.A. degree in Political Science and a minor in Business Administration.

After college, Thomas pursued a lifelong desire to follow in his father’s footsteps and work in law enforcement. He was hired by the S.C. Department of Natural Resources, completed basic training, graduated from the S.C. Criminal Justice Academy, and became a game warden in Lexington County. Thomas soon realized that what he loved most about the job was educating and helping others, so he combined those services and turned his interest towards real estate. The next natural step was obtaining his license and joining his mother’s brokerage, Griffin Fine Real Estate, to pursue a career in residential and commercial real estate, and property management.

Thomas is a licensed insurance representative and a licensed real estate agent. He is a graduate of the Wyatt Institute of Real Estate and a member of the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors, the South Carolina Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

In his spare time, Thomas enjoys hunting with his brother Teddy and their friends, staying active through running and weightlifting, and spending time at the range for shooting and target practice. He is highly proficient in the safe and skilled use of firearms and finds great satisfaction in guiding others as they select, customize, and confidently handle their own personal defense tools.
