A lifelong resident of Greenville, THOMAS GRIFFIN was raised in the Eastside and Five Forks communities and is a proud graduate of Eastside High School. He began his collegiate journey at Wofford College and went on to earn a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration from Clemson University.

Inspired by a deep respect for public service and following in his father’s footsteps, Thomas launched his career in law enforcement. After graduating from the S.C. Criminal Justice Academy, he served as a game warden with the S.C. Department of Natural Resources in Lexington County. It was during this time that Thomas discovered his greatest fulfillment came not from enforcement, but from educating and guiding others—skills that translate naturally into his current work in real estate.

Licensed in both real estate and insurance, Thomas brings a well-rounded, client-focused perspective to his role at Griffin Fine Real Estate. He is a graduate of the Wyatt Institute of Real Estate and a member of the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors, the South Carolina Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

Today, Thomas proudly joins his mother, Broker-in-Charge Ronnetta Griffin, in the family business, offering thoughtful representation in both residential and commercial real estate, as well as luxury property management. His background in public service, attention to detail, and strong sense of duty make him a steady and trustworthy advocate for his clients.

In his spare time, Thomas enjoys hunting with his brother Teddy and close friends, strength training, long runs, and time at the shooting range. He is highly proficient in firearms safety and enjoys helping others feel confident in their own personal protection.
